How to Upgrade to ODI 12.2 using Upgrade Assistant

Here, I will show you how to upgrade to ODI 12.2 using Upgrade Assistant (UA).
The source version included in this procedure is ODI 11.1.1.7.0.
Be sure to back up the repository data before upgrading!
The case an error occurs during the upgrade, it can't be rolled back!
When you upgrade, please delete unnecessary ODI objects as much as possible. If the number of objects is large, it will take more time to upgrade.
- Start up UA
Start up UA with the following command.
<ODI Install Dir>/oracle_common/upgrade/bin/ua
[oracle@node1 ~]$ /home/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/oracle_common/upgrade/bin/ua
Click "next" button after starting up UA.
Select "Individually Selected Schemas" and click "Next (N)" button.
Select "Oracle Data Integrator" and click "Next" button.
Check all boxes and click "Next" button.
Enter the information of the database to be connected and click the "Connect" button.
After the database connection is done successfully, enter the information of the repository schema and click "Next" button.
Select the upgrade option.
Check all boxes and click "Next" button.
※When upgrading in silent mode, you can select the option more finely.
Enter the information of supervisor and click "Next" button.
Enter the upgrade key and click "Next" button.
Random alphanumeric characters are displayed by default. In this procedure, arbitrary characters are entered.
Although the upgrade key may not use somewhere afterwards ...
Please save your key just in case.
Click "Next" button.
Click "Upgrade" button.
Be sure to take a backup! It will not be able to turn back!
Click "Next" button after the upgrade is completed.
It takes long time around 40% ~ 60%.
Click "Close" button.
Start up ODI Studio and confirm that it is upgraded.
It was INTERFACE in ODI 11g, but you can see that it is changing to MAPPING in ODI 12c.
It has completed the upgrade to ODI 12.2 using Upgrade Assistant.
